New Patients
New patients wishing to register must live within the practice area; application forms (GMS1 forms) are available on request from reception,
An appointment with the practice nurse for a new patient medical is required after registration is complete. The reason for this is that it can take some time to obtain your medical records from your previous GP and should you become ill the doctor will have some background information about you. Please also bring along any medication you may already be prescribed.
Practice Area
The practice covers an area defined by specific boundaries, which are set by the Health Authority and will accept new patients from inside the allocated area only.
A map is on display in the Reception area and is always available for inspection by patients wishing to join the practice list, to confirm if their address is within the practice area. Please ask a member of staff about this.
